- Who pay the return shipping cost?Customer need to pay the shipping cost first, and once we got the return package, our engineers will tested it, if it is really default defective and the same problem as customer return description, then, we will refund the shipping cost to customer Balance Account which customer can use as their next purchase. For those not default defective problems, customer need to pay shipping cost and we will not refund the original shipping cost.
